Prague is the city that made me fall in love with the European breaks of the city. A brief flight from the United Kingdom will bring you cobbled streets, baroque architecture and the best beer in Europe. Prague offers something for each visitor; Of those in a romantic rest, those who wish to find loneliness in museums even for those groups that want too many beers. I have been four times now, included twice in a deer (just imagine), and I am finally ready to share my thoughts about the best things to do in Prague.
Black Madonna House
He Black Madonna House It is a great example of cubist architecture in the old town of Prague. The building houses the Czech Museum of Cubism, as well as the Grand Cafe Orient restaurant. However, in my opinion, the true show of the show is the Lightbulb style ladder. It is a great and iconic photo opportunity from both the top and from the bottom. This is definitely something a bit different is often lost by many itineraries.

Anonymous bar
The best bar in Prague gives him by hand. A secret bar that should really be considered one of the best in Europe. The concept is an excellent inspiration in the classic film V for Vendetta, as well as the anonymous piracy group. Bar staff uses Fawkes and cocktails are very very Cold. One comes in a blood bag dripping in its glass while a postcard comes with a postcard that can be completed and the staff will publish by free mail.
Mlejnice restaurant
Not qualified particularly in TripAdvisor, it is 413 of 5,220 restaurants, but this restaurant on Zatecka street is incredible (now in a new location but just as well!). Absolutely perfect to experience traditional food in Prague. I have been here four times, I think, on three of my four trips, and I had almost the same every time. I am surprised that they no longer know my order.
So what do you ask? Roasted pork knee in black beer with spicy radish and mustard. For those who are discouraged by the ‘black beer’, believe me, you can’t try it. If you could, there is no possibility for Emma to get this dish. The knee or pork knuckle is a huge piece of meat with the bone that remains, presumably slowly cooked for longer than you can imagine. Meat literally falls from bone, so juicy and tender. If that is not enough, you have to share some sides. I worshiped the potatoes with cream, blue cheese and garlic. I can literally try them right now. Maybe add some spinach also only to get one of your five a day.
Astronomical clock tower
The old town square is a beautiful part of Prague but also the busiest. This is where all tourists congregate, especially in the hour every hour, when the astronomical clock does theirs. While it is something that you have To see, I would not make their hopes. My recommendation would be to climb the tower in its place to obtain excellent views of the multitude of tourists, as well as the Church of Our Lady before Tyn. The Church is probably one of the most beautiful I’ve seen and looks even better from the top of the tower. It can be busy at the top of the tower, so try to go earlier in the morning when the crowds must be lower.

Prague Castle
Before my first visit, I had no idea that Prague Castle was the world’s largest castle complex. If you really like the story, you could probably spend a full day here if you buy one of the tickets. We simply wandered the impressive San Vitus cathedral, we observe the change of guard before walking back to the beautiful staircase (old stairs of the castle) to the minor city. The staircase offers beautiful views again and, often, you will find that the newly married get their photographs here.

Letna Park
The first time I visited Prague, we didn’t have time to visit this park, which is something I regret. The park is located in a hill in the north of the Vltava River that offers the best views of Prague. There is no doubt about that. You can see the river to the river beyond the Charles bridge. If you visit Prague in summer, there is nothing more than better to enjoy a beer late in the afternoon.

Lennon wall
I was not lucky enough to see the work of art and graffiti on the wall of Lennon before a group of art students in 2014 (on the 25th anniversary of the Velvet revolution) was painted especially blank, adding that the words ‘The wall is over’. However, the work of art has quickly allocated to remain quite political and relevant, including the amendment of the foregoing to ‘The war has ended’. Nearby, you will also find the Lover bridge where people have added hundreds of locks with the name of their recorded lover.

Charles bridge
Charles Bridge is the most famous of, apparently, 300 bridges that cross the Vltava. This is a very old bridge that was completed in the fifteenth century. Naturally, you will use this bridge when crossing Prague Castle from the old town. Unfortunately, during the day, hundreds of other tourists have the same idea. It can be very busy is often full of street merchants. The 30 statues in Charles Bridge are old, but they are all replicas. However, tradition remains; If you rub the bronze plague in the statue of John de Nepomuk, one day you will return to Prague. I can answer, it really works.
For the best views of the bridge, the Torre del Este and the bridge will perform as a leadership line directly to Prague Castle.

Petrin Hill Observation Tower
This tower at the top of Petrin Hill offers an exceptional panoramic view throughout Prague. This is one of the first things that I would recommend doing as soon as I get to the city. I always like to get up just to guide and solve exactly where everything is. I would recommend saving your legs and paying a little more for an elevator directly to the top!

The Jewish neighborhood
Not far from the Mjelnice restaurant that I mentioned earlier, is the Jewish neighborhood of Prague. It used to be a walled ghetto and there are some museums along with the old Jewish cemetery that certainly cannot be lost. It is difficult to imagine how many bodies are buried here, but apparently there are about 12,000 tombstones. It is not a great cemetery in any stretch of the imagination, it is just that they decided to bury people on top of the other sometimes up to ten deep.
