In the streets: Funchal, Madeira

[ad_1]

Welcome to Madeira; A tropical island in the Atlantic Ocean, right next to the coast of Africa, with very high mountains and an endless vegetation. However, we will tell the capital city for my visual guide for street photography in Funchal.

You will find Funchal, the capital of Madeira and the Cultural Center of the island, located between the ocean and the highest peaks on the island. It is a city full of narrow streets, animated bars, extravagant works of art that cover old doors, cables and incredible views wherever you look. In addition to all that, if you take your time to simply observe, you will find the locals who go in your ordinary daily life amid the visiting treasures of tourists.

I found Funchal, and Madeira as a whole, the paradise of a photographer and I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I. If you are planning a visit to Madeira, while these photos will undoubtedly inspire it, why not see my prime minister guide for Madeira that includes a five -day itinerary? The Facebook group ‘Madeira Island for TravelersIt’s a great place to see a variety of photos of travelers around the world too!

My series ‘On The Streets’ takes us through the world with short publications focused only on my unique travel and street photography style. The series will never be complete, but here is a look where I have covered so far:

Ok, now is the time for a virtual vagabundo through the streets of Funchal, Madeira.

The details

I visited Funchal as part of a press trip with Jet2holidays and visited Madeira and, therefore, some of the photos were then captured during the activities organized for us. However, most were taken through a few free vote vote in the city. I don’t love anything more than a wanderer aimlessly with my camera in my hand!

All these photos were captured with the Fujifilm X-T5 and a combination of the Fujifilm 35 mm f/1.4, Fujifilm 18-55 mm f/2.8-4 and the Fujifilm 50-140 mm f/2.8.

As always, these are all JPEG images almost directly from the camera; Taken with my beautiful classic negative recipe that you can find here.

You can find my current photography team here.
