24 hours in Melbourne – Jamiechanchravels

Before starting, if you go to one of the most habitable cities in the world, then take me with you. Recently I spent three months in the city and now it’s all I can think. Melbourne really has everything from excellent bars, restaurants and coffees to some of the best sporting events in the world. You will find that there is much to do in Melbourne that, even if you have been before, I can guarantee that there will be something new you love! So, if you only have 24 hours in Melbourne, this is what you have to do!

8 am

It is early, so you will need that caffeine blow to prepare for the day. Melbourne CafĂ© is worldwide famous, so you can’t really be wrong to call anywhere at the center of the center. If I am sincere, I am not a coffee drinker (roll in 2023, I love coffee now!) But you should see auction rooms and higher land. Here is A good list of Melbourne’s best coffee in the CBD. Take a dough while you are in that because this day will be full.

8:30 am

With his coffee in his hand, present in search of Melbourne’s most famous street art exploring his intricate lanes. The work of art is constantly updated, but will want to take some of the most permanent works in Duckboard Place and AC/DC Lane. Interested in the best of the street art of Melbourne? I have gathered a guide that will help.

9:30 am

Visit the elevator to the top of the Victoria State Library for that view of the Reading Room of the Trobe. Admire the room from different angles while returning to the ground with several exhibitions, including one on the history of Melbourne.

11 am

Is there anything more ‘Melbourne’ than Brunch? Whether you have 24 hours in Melbourne or three months, brunch is huge here and needs to get involved. Go down in another lane and take a table in Manchester Press Where you will forget everything about the avocado in toast and ask for something really scandalous. Think about bars with bacon, banana and corn palomites.

12:30 pm

Hopefully you feel energetic because you have a little walk to get to the Royal Botanic Gardens (or a tram trip a stop outside the free zone). It may be far, but if you are looking for one of the best things to do in Melbourne, it’s this. The gardens are beautiful, so take their time wandering through the tropical jungles and the green open spaces before presenting their respects in the sanctuary of memory. The view back to the CBD from the sanctuary is one of my favorites.

3pm

On your way back to CBD, stop at Federation Square to access part of the Victoria National Gallery. It is free to enter, so pretend that you are an art fan and wanders. I found the very interesting and stimulating aboriginal exhibitions. Just in front of the square, probably the most emblematic building of Melbourne, Flinders Street Station. Just out of an elevation at the end of 2017, this building is really beautiful and still has the original watches that tell you the times of the next trains.

4pm

Although you haven’t had much time, you should still make some purchases in Melbourne Central. This is the place to update its wardrobe and, at the same time, watch the huge tower inside. He will want to visit H&M (trust me) in Bourke Street Mall simply for architecture. To prove the English inheritance, walk through the block block to Boutique house and Hopetoun tea rooms.

For a little collection, don’t miss Hashtag’s hot chocolate. You may not think he needed it before, but he will love to pour his own hot chocolate, a glass of scientific vessel, on his cup full of dental thread. It is what dreams are made.

6pm

It is not even time to eat, but you must join the tail in Chin Chin just to reserve a table. One of Melbourne’s best restaurants, will never have eaten Thai food like this. It must be good since the tail is not yet short. Once you are on the list, go down the street towards Hihou, a secret Japanese bar with beautiful views of the Fitzroy gardens. You may have difficulty finding it, but Google ought Go to a steel door where you only need to touch the bell. Inside, Hikou is so quiet that you will feel how to whisper, but it is a great place for a drink prior to dinner.

7:30 pm

Finally, his time to experiment Chin Chin has arrived. All you need to do is sit at your table and say “feed me.” Be sure to respond to the waitress to say this. Not only wandering by round song I fed like a madman. They will treat you with eight of Chin Chin’s most popular dishes, such as shredded pork pancakes, Thai pad, meat and pork yield caramelized pork. As if you weren’t full enough, you also get a great dessert to share. If I ever return to Melbourne, this is the first and last place I would eat.

If Thai food does not float in its boat, try one of this list of my favorite places to eat.

10:30 pm

You don’t really want your brief period to end in Melbourne, so it’s time to drown your sorrows. It will be dark and there is no better place for night drinks than in the Goldilocks roof. Take the dreary elevator next to a Chinese leading meal to be taken to a fairy fairy refuge located between the scratches of Melbourne. If the night is still young, you will also want to see these bars.
