In the streets: Faro - Jamiechanchravels

Four years have passed since I took my picture of travel abroad, which is a little crazy. All that changed in March 2023, so we are here to show my travel photograph in Faro, Portugal, with my Fujifilm X-T5.

I am not sure if I have mentioned enough in the last two weeks, but yes, it has been a long time since I have been able to practice my travel photography abroad. For me, that has been difficult. I love to travel to new places and capture them through my camera. In March 2023, all that changed with our first family vacations to Faro in Portugal for courtesy of Jet2holidays, so I could finally put the Fujifilm X-T5 tested in the streets of a new country.

This collection of images is probably my most ‘complete’ collection where the sensation and the environment are the most consistent. I am quite proud of my improvement and continuous development of my own unique style of photography that I suppose combines aspects of street and travel photography.

As I said before, 99% of the images below were taken with the Fujifilm X-T5 with my new negative classic recipe that I think works well not only with the beautiful lighthouse pastel colors, but also with the most sandy side. The most at work glasses are the Fujifilm 18 mm f/1.4 and the Fujifilm 35 mm f/1.4 with the Fujifilm 50 mm f/2 that plays a support role. There are some X100F shots but the colors do not match, I think I must suddenly need The X100V (if you ever be in stock!) To have a complete travel photograph configured by 2023 and from now on.
