In the streets: London – Jamiechanchravels

[ad_1]

It is time to go to the big city, London, and finally capture its world -famous streets for me. This is my visual guide for street photography in London with my Fujifilm trusted cameras.

Ah, London. It has been taken for a while, it does not have it, but I am finally sharing more of my photograph of this captivating city. I have been obsessed with London since a young child and, for a long time, I dreamed of qualifying as a lawyer who worked in the city.

In a way, I am very happy that I have never followed (well, I even tried to chase) a career in law in London; I’m not sure I could have dealt with his way of life without stopping. Ah, and it probably had something to do with its exorbitant cost of living; Hello, less than £ 600 per month of mortgage for a 4 bedroom separate house in the north. However, that does not mean that I do not fall in love with the city every time I visit whether it has been to work in the past or now for weekend breaks.

I love how each visit to London can be completely different with trips to new districts on cards and new coffee shops, bars and places to eat to try. Whether he goes to London for his first visit and seeks to mark all the tourist access points or a frequent visitor who wants to hang out, London accepts us all.

Anyway, let’s go to photography, okay? I know that for that came here. I have covered London before in my brief but sweet series ‘The Monocrome Cities’, but this time we are bringing a little color.

My series ‘On The Streets’ takes us through the world with short publications focused only on my unique travel and street photography style. The series will never be complete, but here is a look where I have covered so far:

Ok, now is the time for a virtual photo walk. This is my opinion about street photography in London.

The details

The last time I visited London was in 2022 when Evelyn was only six months. We have intended to return for a while, but 2023 were trips abroad, so maybe this year we will achieve it. Most of these photos were taken in random walks through the city with the family, so I would love to return with the sole purpose of taking photos.

This means that I did not have the Fujifilm X-T5, so all the photos you will see here occurred with the Fujifilm X-T2 and the Fujifilm X100F. The X100F covers the 23 mm (35 mm) focal distance, but I also used a variety of lenses with the X-T2; Mainly the Fujifilm 35 mm f/1.4 and the Fujifilm 50 mm f/2 although very few with the Fujifilm 16 mm f/1.4 and the Samyang 12 mm f/2.

In terms of Fujifilm movies simulations, black and white images are my recipe JPEG JPEG ACROS and the colors are raw files edited with my urban preset Chrome.
