Following our incredible stay in SingaporeWe needed a little rest. Somewhere to relax with little exploration for doing. With that in mind, we had reserved to stay at the Kata Beach resort on the island of Phuket in Thailand. I wanted to visit Thailand for a long time mainly because of the food, but also the beaches and Bangkok. Before we had really looked at Phuket, I had always thought about Phuket, where the cliffs and the change of sand were on a separate island, Koh Phi Phi phhi. Phuket’s reputation comes from his main city of Patong Beach, where it is nightlife. We wanted something a little quieter, so we opted for some more southern beaches in Kata. If I’m honest, we didn’t do much at all. In fact, we do not leave the city of Kata Beach once. Therefore, this publication will be very brief, since I am sure that you do not want to read everything about my many many Thai red curry bowls. All we really did was sunbathe (and yes, I burned myself again), swimming, avoiding the rains of the monsoon and drinking good beer. I really enjoyed it here and it was exactly what we needed after Singapore. I promise although there will be much more to say in Chiang Mai and Bangkok; Both absolutely incredible places. For now, just look at my photos and I will come back with more.
